Actor Chance Perdomo dies at 27 after bike accident

Chance Perdomo, who became famous for the television series– “Gen V” and “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” — died on Saturday following a motorcycle accident. He was 27.
A publicist confirmed Perdomo’s death in a statement issued Saturday evening.
“We, on behalf of the family and representatives, share the news of Chance Perdomo who died in a motorcycle accident,” said the statement.
Perdomo was known for playing Ambrose Spellman in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and Andre Anderson in “Gen V.”
The accident did not involve any other individuals, according to Perdomo’s publicist.
All, who knew him, felt his passion for the arts and insatiable appetite for life, and people who loved him most will carry his warmth with them, the publicist’s statement said.
Born October 19, 1996, in Los Angeles, Chance Perdomo moved with his mother to Southampton in the county of Hampshire, England when he was a child.
Before going to Peter Symonds College in Winchester, he attended Redbridge Community School.
As an alternative to studying law, Perdomo went to London to pursue acting and joined the National Youth Theatre. He also trained at the Identity School of Acting.
Before he was cast in “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” also starring Kiernan Shipka, Ross Lynch, and Jaz Sinclair, Perdomo appeared in several television shows and short films.
Perdomo, who played Ambrose Spellman for four seasons from 2018 to 2020, also starred as Jerome Rogers in the 2018 TV movie “Killed by My Debt.”
He earned a BAFTA nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role.
