Shelley Alexis Duvall, popularly known as Shelley Duvall, an American actress, stopped acting and left Hollywood as the desire to see a person fall out of favor with the public influenced her desire to leave Hollywood.
In a 2023 interview, Shelley Duvall said moving to Texas– where she was born, to be with her brother, who had been diagnosed with spinal cancer– was for really important reasons.
