You should use mosquito killer spray to kill the mosquitoes. You can also spray larvicide to get rid of the mosquito menace.

  1. Wear protective clothing:

You should wear protective clothing to avoid mosquito bite. Wear long-sleeved dresses and long pants to get the maximum protection from mosquitoes.

You must stay hydrated if you are suffering from Dengue fever. Drink plenty of water and fluids to stay hydrated. You can consume coconut water as it is loaded with electrolytes and vital nutrients. You should have fresh juice of fruits.

It is very important to have a good rest when you are suffering from the disease. High fever, body and joint pain, headache, etc. are common during Dengue. One can get remedy of these problems easily, having a good rest, healthy food, and proper medicine.

  1. Avoid junk or oily foods:

It is very important that you eat healthy foods when you are infected with Dengue. Don’t eat junk or oily foods as these are harmful for your health. Light and easy to digest food is advised when you are suffering from Dengue.

  1. See a doctor:

You should not take risks when you are affected. If you have any serious symptoms and you are Dengue positive, you should immediately see a doctor or go to any healthcare provider. It requires immediate medical care during an emergency due to Dengue fever.
