Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits can minimize the risk of heart disease. If you eat red meat and oily foods every day you will have more risk of heart attack and other diseases. You should fix a diet plan keeping fish, vegetables, fruits, rice, etc. in the diet chart. Also, you should eat foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals, nutrition, and fiber. And you should eat at least two plant-based foods every day to keep your heart healthy and live longer.
