Seventeen American and Canadian Missionaries Kidnapped in Haiti

Seventeen evangelists from the United States and Canada, were seized in Haiti on Saturday, as per the association Christian Aid Ministries.
The abducting of the preachers comes only days after senior US authorities visited Haiti and guaranteed more assets for Haiti’s National Police, including $15m to assist with diminishing group viciousness.
The missionaries were making a trip by vehicle Saturday to Titanyen, north of the capital Port-au-Prince, subsequent to visiting a shelter in the Croix des Bouquets region. They were kidnapped along the course between the two spots.
