Danny Masterson, “That ’70s Show” star, has been moved out of Corcoran State Prison in Central California after less than a month over ‘safety concerns’.

Masterson, 47, was transferred to the California Men’s Colony, a male-only state prison located in San Luis Obispo, California, according to online records from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, reports USA TODAY.

The actor was transferred to the new facility on February 16, said a representative for the CDCR.

The CDCR also said they are not able to disclose information about reasons for transfers or detailed housing information “by law”.

According to the CDCR, the minimum and medium security prison consists of two complexes.

The facility offers various educational and self-improvement programs, the website says. The programs include criminal thinking, cognitive behavior therapy programs, substance abuse education, family relationships and anger management.

Actor Masterson moved to the maximum security prison that once held Charles Manson.

According to records, In January, showed that Masterson was transferred to Corcoran State Prison, where he was housed beginning in 1989.

The corrections department describes that facility as one of 10 institutions for the state’s “most violent and dangerous male offenders.”

According to documents from The Wrap and Deadline, the move came after a state judge denied Masterson bail pending his appeal after deeming him a flight risk.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo wrote that he will likely remain in custody for decades and perhaps the rest of his life, if defendant’s conviction and sentence are upheld on appeal.

Danny Masterson begins 30-year to life term imprisonment in state prison.

Masterson was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison after he was convicted last year of raping two women.

The Associated Press reported that In December, authorities confirmed that the actor had been admitted to North Kern State Prison in California.

According to prison records, Masterson, 47, will be eligible for parole in July 2042 and he will be 66 years old by then.
