The authorities of Screen Actors Guild Awards announced nominations for the 31st SAG Awards 2025 on Wednesday. The announcement of this year’s award nominees revealed a number of notable snubs.

Despite earning nods from critics’ groups and other industry awards throughout the season, Selena Gomez, Margaret Qualley, Jesse Eisenberg, Natasha Lyonne, Denzel Washington, Elle Fanning and Tilda Swinton were overlooked.
The guild cancelled a live announcement amid the raging Los Angeles wildfires as the SAG nominees were announced with muted fanfare via a news release.
The SAG Awards ceremony will take place at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles on February 23, 2025, and will be live on Netflix.
