Tyler, the Creator has canceled his headlining performances at Lollapalooza and Outside Lands without providing any specifics as to why.

Tyler Okonma, also known as Tyler, The Creator, is an American rapper, record producer, director, fashion designer, and the head of his own independent record label, Odd Future Records.

He is the leader of Los Angeles, California, US hip-hop collective named “Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All” (OFWGKTA).

Outside Lands replaced Tyler with Sabrina Carpenter and made the announcement on X. Similarly, Lollapalooza made similar announcements on X after instantly replacing Tyler with Megan Thee Stallion.

Tyler was the first-billed artist on both the lineups and was scheduled to co-headline the first night of Chicago’s Lollapalooza with Hozier.

He was listed right on the top with the Killers, Sturgill Simpson and the Postal Service on the lineup for San Francisco’s Outside Lands.

Lollapalooza is set to be held from August 1 to 4 at Chicago’s Grant Park.

Meanwhile, Outside Lands is set a week following Lollapalooza, from August 9-11, at the San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.
