Frequently Asked Questions

Looking for common questions? Check the FAQs below.
QHow does it detect my time zone?

It reads your browser time zone. It may also try an IP based check to improve accuracy in some cases.

QHow often does the time update?

The display updates once per second for all clocks.

QDoes it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Each clock uses the official rules for that time zone, so changes are applied on the correct dates.

QHow do I add a city that is not in the list?

Open the modal and click Search any time zone. Type the IANA time zone name such as America/Denver or Asia/Singapore, then add a title.

QWhat do Today, Tomorrow, and Yesterday with +X H mean?

They show the day relationship and the hour difference from your local time zone at the current moment.

QCan I rename a clock?

Yes. When you add a clock you can set any title. You can add another card with a different title if you want two labels for the same zone.

QIs there a limit on how many clocks I can add?

You can add many clocks. The practical limit depends on your device and browser, but normal use is fine.

QDoes it work on mobile?

Yes. The layout is responsive and the grid stacks into a single column on small screens.
