Why did Taylor Swift not attend iHeartRadio physically?

Taylor Swift, an American singer-songwriter known for her autobiographical songwriting, artistic versatility, and cultural impact, returned to spotlight with huge win at 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

But Swift did not attend the iHeartRadio Music Awards held in Los Angeles despite receiving nine nominations and a special honour.

Although Swift, one of the most nominated artists at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, did not provide a reason for her skipping, she and her boyfriend Travis Kelce were spotted enjoying a date night in New York City over the weekend.

However, the Lover singer received the prestigious award at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday, March 17 as she made a virtual appearance through a video message, expressing gratitude to her band, crew, and fans for their support during the Eras Tour.

She also offered a recorded tour performance of “Mirrorball“on guitar for her fans at the event.

According to Wikipedia, Swift, one of the world’s best-selling music artists, has a record seven albums. Each of the seven sold one million copies first-week in the US.

As the primary source of income, the highest-grossing touring artist is the first billionaire with music and the richest female musician.
